Santa pictures at the fire hall was always a tradition in my house. When I was a little kid, we always went to the fire company on the Saturday before Christmas. Santa would come. We would get a hot dog and a bottle of soda. Santa would give us a box of hard candy and a popcorn ball. This was something that the fire company did since I could remember. It was a fun time and something that was really nice of the fire company to do for the kids. So, when I had the opportunity to help them out and add to the fun, I volunteered. We go up and take pictures, then print one out for everyone. Santa and Mrs Clause give every child a stuffed animal and a Rice Krispy treat. The fire company makes hot dogs and gives out those and a drink. The kids love to see Santa come in on the fire truck!
Of course we have to get all of the fireman with Santa too. Thanks for all that you do for the community to keep us all safe!
