Was it taken 20 pounds ago (either plus or minus)?
Was your hair a different color?
What about your clothing? Can you tell what year it was taken just by what you are wearing?
The style of the head shot can be different depending on what message you want to send. Do you want to look like you mean business? Or do you want to appear warm and friendly?
