Senior photos are always one of my favorite things to shoot. I LOVE when a senior wants to be different. I love when they want to go some place different or show the side of them that makes them who they are. Haley messaged me to do her senior photos. She told me that she was on the swim team, so she wanted to get some with the pool as well as do some outdoor photos. Great! Second part of that plan was securing the school’s pool for us to use. Turns out that it was available at 6am. :/ Now, I am in no way a morning person, but I was up for the challenge! I dragged my butt out of bed around 4am because Tunkhannock is a good 45 minutes away.
We met at the school and did a few shots with the pool in the background.
The swim team started coming in for practice, so we moved to the outdoor location.
I had no clue where we were going, so I just followed along.
We parked the cars and hiked down the trail a little ways to get to the spot Haley wanted to shoot. Let me tell you, it was gorgeous! It wasn’t cold, but there was just a hint of fog on the water, like there usually is in the fall.
By the end of our shoot, the fog was really moving in. It totally enveloped the air above the water and was starting to creep in up on higher ground. I love how you can just make out the trees in the fog behind Haley.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Please feel free to follow me on instagram. I post sessions and random pieces of my own life there.
If you are looking to have your senior photos done, I hope you consider me.
